Observation

0325 (1) and (2):During Licensor visit, in toddler two classroom, while communicating and interacting with children, staff did not maintain a climate for healthy, culturally responsive child development. Staff used loud, stern voices saying "NO" "sit down" "Go do something else." Staff were not using calm and respectful tones or explaining to children the consequences or giving children feedback. Child climbed got into cabinet and child was told "Go do something else." Child knocked down bookself after throwing all books off shelf and was not given tasks or guidance.
